Reiki Healing sessions
It is comprised of a 1-hr healing treatment with an energy assessment correcting imbalances of the etheric body (Chakras) that lead to physical issues. Reiki has been long used to relieve stress and maintain a healthy body-mind. We also utilize sound therapy as well as aromatherapy to enhance the healing experience.
It is a holistic practice that should be used in conjunction with traditional medicine, never to replace it.

reiki certifications
We offer all three levels of Reiki Instruction (Reiki I, Reiki II, and Mastery Level). Classes are approximate 3 hrs. in length, and include instruction materials, Reiki session, hands on practice, guided meditation for level initiation (attunement), and certificate.

A mandala मण्डल, ("circle") is a spiritual and ritual symbol used by Hinduists and Buddhists to represent the universe.
It's a wonderful tool that helps us connect, heal and focus. It assists us in reaching the sacred internal space that gives us peace and tranquility, plus they are really fun to make!!
As every individual is different all the mandalas created will be different. I will assist you in creating your mandala from scratch. All materials are included and you will take your mandala home at the end of the workshop!!
